The Shipstrike Barometer uses a single bellows movement from France. It has a forged brass case with an aluminum dial.

Barometers are a useful and attractive gift used to forecast changing weather by measuring very small changes in atmospheric pressure. By turning the center knob so that the brass needle is over the black barometer needle, you can determine whether the barometer is rising or falling. A rising barometer means fair weather… a falling barometer, stormy weather. Barometer can be purchased alone for wall mounting or, if purchased with an optional mahogany base, it can be later be removed from the base for wall mounting if desired. Two year manufacturer's limited warranty. Special Order Item- Not Returnable. Generally ships in about 2-4 weeks.
