The Constitution is a heavy weight with a forged brass case and base. It has a screw on bezel and brass ball feet. The flowing lines of its base are carved from a solid block of forged brass. This is both a strong and delicate design. Quartz movement with battery included. Two year manufacturer's limited warranty. Special Order Item- Not Returnable. Generally ships in about 2-4 weeks .
