Some of your prices are lower that what I've found elsewhere. Are these clocks seconds?
Absolutely not!  These beautiful Chelsea products arrive directly from Chelsea's Norton, Massachusetts factory. Are these Chelsea products returnable?
No... the Chelsea items we offer here are special order items that are not returnable. We are a store for people who know what they want and are searching for a competitive price. If you are not sure you will like the item you are considering, we recommend that you visit one Chelsea's online "boutique" retailers.  See their store policies for details.

How are Chelsea products shipped?
Shipping fees provided online are for shipment via UPS Ground Service unless you call and make arrangements for a faster delivery method. (Do not select the US Express Mail delivery option when checking out or your order will be delayed until we can speak with you.) Shipping fees are to contiguous USA street addresses. Please write or call for rates to Alaska, Hawaii, etc.  Note that UPS will not deliver to APO or FPO military addresses.

But what if the Chelsea item is delivered damaged or with a manufacturer's defect?   
We are, of course, here to assist you!  Just because we say an item is not returnable does not mean you are stuck with a purchase damaged by delivery or mfr. defective product. We require our customers to unpack and carefully inspect their Chelsea purchases immediately upon delivery.  If this is a gift, you do not want to present the recipient with a broken, damaged, or otherwise imperfect item so PLEASE carefully inspect your order immediately upon delivery!   If there are any problems, you must keep all packaging and notify us within 24 hours of UPS delivery.  Click here to contact us.

Ordering online using our secure site is the fastest and easiest way to order. You can also order via fax, email (but do not include your credit card number... we will call for it) or through regular US mail.

I have an old Chelsea clock that was given to me by my great grandfather. Can you tell me what it's worth?
We only deal with new Chelsea clocks so we are unable to provide appraisals on antique or older Chelsea clocks.  We would recommend that you contact an antique dealer or someone who has experience in placing a value on Chelsea's antique timepieces.
